Purpose
hair-expo.com is an information site for hair professionals about trade fairs, which also offers a free course on hair systems. No products or services are sold through the site.
hair-expo.com does not organise any of the fairs mentioned and is not affiliated with their organisers. Fair names and trademarks belong to their owners. Fair dates and details come from the fairs' official websites and may change: always check the official source.
Intellectual & industrial property
The content, design, course and the CAPILATO brand belong to the owner. Reproduction or commercial use without authorisation is prohibited.
Liability
The owner endeavours to keep the information accurate and up to date but accepts no liability for errors or for the content of linked third-party sites.
Applicable law
The relationship is governed by Spanish law, to whose courts the parties submit as applicable.
2. Privacy policy

What data we process
- Course form: name, email, city, phone/WhatsApp (the last two optional), whether you are going to the fair, your choice about news, language, date and time.
- WhatsApp: your number, profile name and the messages you send us.
- Technical data: IP address and browsing data needed to serve the site and prevent abuse; and, only if you accept them, analytics and advertising cookie data.
Purposes and legal basis
- Sending you the course you request and answering your questions — performance of your request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
- Sending you occasional news about fairs and hair systems, only if you tick the optional box — consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), which you may withdraw at any time.
- Measurement and advertising with Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel, only if you accept them in the cookie notice — consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).
- Site security and abuse prevention — legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).
Retention
We keep your data for as long as the relationship lasts or until you withdraw your consent or ask us to delete it; afterwards, only blocked for the periods required by law.
Processors and recipients
- Hostinger: web hosting and email.
- SendPulse: WhatsApp chatbot on the course line (+34 614 889 897), which sends you the course automatically.
- WhatsApp (WhatsApp Ireland Ltd., Meta group): messaging.
- Google Ireland Ltd. (Google Analytics 4) and Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. (Meta Pixel): only with your consent.
We do not sell your data. Some processors may process data outside the EEA (for example in the USA) under appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework).
Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw your consent, by writing to info@hair-expo.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
Minors
The site is aimed at professionals and is not intended for minors.
3. Cookie policy
This site sets no technical cookies of its own. It uses your browser's local storage (localStorage) to remember your language and your cookie choice, a technical function exempt from consent.
Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel only load if you click “Accept” in the cookie notice. If you reject them, you can keep using the site normally.

How to withdraw or change your consent: click “Cookie settings” at the bottom of any page and choose “Reject”. We delete the Google and Meta cookies set on hair-expo.com and stop loading those tools. Cookies on facebook.com can be deleted in your browser settings.
